Payment Info
After you place an order at Van Os Imports, we will try to process your order as soon as possible.
Our warehouse staff will pack the order carefully and as soon as it is ready to ship, you will receive the invoice from us.
When we have received your invoice payment, your order will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a Track & Trace link from us by e-mail. With the link you can track your shipment. Always mention your debtor and invoice number when paying an invoice.
In my account, you will find an invoice overview of your invoices. Here you can also check which invoices are still open and which have already been paid.
